About The Position

The Material Supply Chain Analyst supports the continuous flow of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies at the Huntington, Indiana location. The role coordinates open purchase order management and/or order scheduling, monitors supplier performance through established KPIs, and works with suppliers to address late orders and confirm order details. The analyst also takes daily action on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages and escalates recurring issues.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is desirable but not required.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with good time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaborative management skills.
• Equivalent experience and skills may substitute for education.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
