About The Position

Holmes Custom Renovations, a family-owned exterior remodeling company, is seeking a dependable and organized person to support its production crews. The role travels between local suppliers, the warehouse, and jobsites, working closely with the production manager to ensure crews have the materials and tools needed to keep projects moving and customers well cared for. The workday is active and includes indoor and outdoor tasks.

The position begins with material running and production support, with potential to grow into warehouse management as skills and company needs develop. Hours vary from part-time to full-time depending on the season and project workload.

Requirements

• Be dependable, punctual, and follow through on commitments.
• Pay attention to details and ask questions when something does not look right.
• Work independently while staying connected with a team.
• Treat customers' homes, company equipment, and coworkers with care.
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Be able to safely lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
• Be able to work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Pick up decking, siding, and other supplies from local vendors.
• Check materials for correctness and condition before taking them to jobsites.
• Deliver materials and tools to crews.
• Return leftover materials and organize receipts and paperwork.
• Help load, unload, and prepare materials for upcoming projects.
• Keep the warehouse, storage areas, and company vehicle neat and ready for the next day.
