Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred
Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP

Nice To Haves

technical training preferred
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Prior MRB experience
Knowledge of turbine components
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials in accordance with established quality procedures
Maintain controlled MRB/quarantine areas to prevent unintended use of defective components
Accurately document nonconforming material data in ERP/QMS systems (e.g., SAP)
Ensure full traceability of parts, including serial number and lot tracking
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support MRB evaluations
Execute MRB dispositions (scrap, rework, repair, use-as-is)
Maintain audit-ready work areas
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
