This position will be on-site in Cleveland, Ohio. The Material Program Manager coordinates all Material Programs Management activities, including AOG support, On-Site Stock Audits and Reconciliations, Core Return Analysis, Invoice Disputes, Retrofit/Sales campaigns, and manages other material and logistics activities to enhance direct customer services. The role involves managing customer requests regarding Material Services and Supply Chain activities, such as inquiries on material support processes, AOG escalation, Repair management, Supply Chain Policies, Parts Warranty, and Core management. The position also requires participation and presentation of updates on Material Support & Logistics processes and projects at EEOCs, ensuring compliance with scheduled visits and/or training to customers/service centers to improve customer-company relationships. A key responsibility is coordinating the global distribution of parts for Retrofit Campaigns to maximize aircraft availability, which includes tracking parts and coordinating with Service Centers and Customers on scheduling. The role is responsible for On-Site stock inventory counts, audits, and replenishment metrics, and develops/monitors key performance indicators (KPI’s) for Retrofit Campaigns Implementation. The Material Program Manager interfaces with corporate planning and Customer Support Programs to review Retrofit plans and forecast parameters for seed units. They prepare and deliver presentations to operators on material performance status, including root cause analysis and action plans. A global interface with other company units, customers, operators, suppliers, maintenance shops, technical representatives, engineers, customer account managers, and other entities is maintained to support customer material needs. The role partners with New Business Development for future opportunities in Material Support Services, attends and facilitates Supply Chain meetings, and establishes corrective action/recovery plans for compromised material services processes. Continuous improvement of process flow and work efficiency, ensuring customer inquiries meet expectations and company financial targets, and offering professional assistance in high-pressure situations are also key aspects of the role. The position performs other tasks as requested periodically.
