Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) who will be responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of production and recertification contracts. As an MPM, you will be the liaison between the program and the supply base, working to ensure material requirements are met for a franchise production program.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant supplier experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role including supplier management, procurement, logistics, and/or material requirements planning
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Experience supporting an EVMS contract
  • Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing suppliers

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement material strategies
  • Develop material forecasts and estimates at complete (EACs)
  • Ensure suppliers meet cost and schedule requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase production capacity
  • Complete supplier assessments
  • Develop or support customer proposals/ROMs
  • Lead managerial efforts, address issues, and resolve conflicts
