About The Position

This Material and Process Engineering Sr Stf position will support our electronic assembly area in the production of complex circuit card assemblies and the systems they are integrated into. This role is expected to help lead challenging programs and offer guide junior members of the team through technical challenges. To be successful in this role you need to more than just a thinker, you must be an individual who can identify problems and then personally solution these problems. Tangible, meaningful results are not just expected but mandatory in the role. This position will interface with other engineering disciplines, program management, and manufacturing to accomplish our production goals. You will participate in complex new proposal activity and work closely with the program/project management team to meet cost and schedule targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Must be able to navigate all core functions of PTC Windchill
• Expert knowledge of SAP MES/MRP transactions
• Prior experience overseeing operations execution of complex development and production electronic programs
• Must be highly competent at writing BOEs for operations LOE and NRE support effort
• Track record of designing and documenting manufacturing tooling and fixturing for use in the manufacturing process
• Must have experience implementing new manufacturing capabilities, technologies, or processes in a facility
• Must be a US Citizen for consideration due to security clearance requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience producing electronic hardware for space based government contracts
• Some exposure to execution of capital project oversight
• Prior participation in INAR or PAR reviews
