About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Material Planning & Logistics Operator in Statesboro, GA. This role involves managing the flow of materials within a manufacturing and logistics environment, including receiving, shipping, and repackaging operations. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00/hour with a Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm shift. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have dependable transportation.
  • Must submit to and pass any required testing.
  • Have within the normal range of hearing and eyesight.
  • Be able to work in harmony with others.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend policies and procedures / rules and regulations written or spoken in English.
  • Must adhere to all safety requirements of Sizemore and any applicable job assignment.
  • Must possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • High school Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Unloading and loading trucks on the receiving side.
  • Checking material from deliveries and separating material for: Kraem, HPA, and USE (Hanon inventory).
  • Putting materials up in the racks according to the location in which they go.
  • Managing the receiving area for optimal use of space and separation of materials.
  • Operating the Auger, Bailer, Compactor and Dumpster for trash removal.
  • Helping with unloading and loading trucks on the shipping side if needed.
  • Helping with Repacking in shipping area for shipments when needed.
  • Loading and Unloading trucks for shipments and empty carts.
  • Pulling material from racks for shipping repack area as needed.
  • Creating ASN’s for shipments to Mobis & HMGMA.
  • Repacking and loading carts from production floor and repack area.
  • Managing the shipping area for optimal use of space and separation of materials.
  • Helping with unloading and loading trucks on the receiving side if needed.
  • Helping in the repacking area of the production floor.
  • Repack empty carts for production floor according to the production plan.
  • Monitor all production lines (Every 30 mins) and fill shelves, bins and shop floor accordingly so production has all the materials they need for a steady flow of production.
  • Breakdown cooling module boxes as they are emptied and place them on pallets so they can be picked up.
  • Work evaporator station.
  • Managing the repack area for optimal use of space and separation of materials.
  • Repacking and loading carts from production floor and repack area.
  • Operating the Auger, Bailer, Compactor and Dumpster for trash removal.
  • Other tasks may be assigned as required.
