About The Position

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Hands-on experience with MRP systems and production reporting
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team setting
1+ years in Operations or Supply Chain roles
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

Experience using Oracle or SAP MRP systems
Proven problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
Customer-focused approach
Background in Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Defense
Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

Execute and manage detailed MRP production schedules to ensure efficient operations
Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, and warehouse teams for material coordination
Ensure timely material availability and proactively prevent stock-outs
Track work orders, monitor material consumption, and maintain accurate inventory records
Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with cycle counts
Prepare and process essential material and shipping documentation
Support demand planning, quickly resolve material-related issues, and champion process improvements
