Requirements

  • 2+ years of inventory control, material planning or purchasing experience in a service environment
  • High School Diploma
  • Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

  • Manage MRP for assigned suppliers.
  • Maintain open communications and monitor performance of assigned suppliers.
  • Release purchase orders based on consumption levels and demand to meet lead times and cover future requirements based on historical demand and forecast.
  • Manage assigned responsibilities and follow processes.
  • Generate reports & reconcile invoice discrepancies.
  • Monitor supplier performance for timely shipping and ability to supply quality parts and accuracy.
  • Liaise with other divisions to ensure resolution of any known supplier/material issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
