Requirements

2+ years of inventory control, material planning or purchasing experience in a service environment
High School Diploma
Must pass any drug screens, background checks, and any pre-employment tests, which will be conducted in accordance with applicable law.

Responsibilities

Manage MRP for assigned suppliers.
Maintain open communications and monitor performance of assigned suppliers.
Release purchase orders based on consumption levels and demand to meet lead times and cover future requirements based on historical demand and forecast.
Manage assigned responsibilities and follow processes.
Generate reports & reconcile invoice discrepancies.
Monitor supplier performance for timely shipping and ability to supply quality parts and accuracy.
Liaise with other divisions to ensure resolution of any known supplier/material issues.
Other duties as assigned.
