About The Position

Hydromotion is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support manufacturing operations. The role ensures materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time to support production. The position is based in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary throughout the year and typical manufacturing noise is present. Safety shoes and safety glasses are required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar material handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work overtime as business needs require.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-hour shifts.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Experience with shipping and receiving, including international shipments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manufacturing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Move raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Pick, stage, package, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Organize warehouse and storage areas to promote efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Deliver materials to production workstations as needed.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading deliveries.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
