About The Position
The Boelter Companies is seeking a full-time Material Handler for its Beverage Warehouse in Glendale, Wisconsin. The role is part of the shipping team and calls for a reliable, hardworking team player with attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to use various order-picking equipment, including equipment that elevates the operator up to 30 feet.
- Able to stand up to 10 hours per day.
- Able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to perform the described physical activities, including occasional walking, sitting, climbing or balancing, scooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, and using hands and feet to operate equipment or handle objects.
Nice To Haves
- Previous material handling experience.
- Forklift experience.
- RF scanning experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive and pick shipments using an electronic pulling system.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Load trucks using various types of heavy equipment.
- Prepare bills of lading.
- Perform cycle counting.
- Complete other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
