Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • An understanding of basic mathematical functions.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
  • Comfortable in a hands-on environment using hand and power tools
  • Able to follow proper verbal and written instructions to the letter.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects or equipment up to 40lb.
  • Ability to adhere to process and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of the following drawing and schematics as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting with all material movement in assigned areas.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the part identification system, specialty codes and part revisions
  • Complies with all quality assurance procedures and policies to ensure best quality product output.
  • Strives to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce costs through continuous improvement.
  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Adheres to established inventory control systems and computer tracking.
  • Fosters goodwill with all internal and external customers.
  • Completes and maintains a variety of measurements, reports, records and documentation.
  • Must manage picking location inventory for all manufactured, purchased and consignment material (non-consignment and consignment report, cycle counting, etc.).
  • Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and working environment.
  • Works overtime as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
