About The Position

Ecore is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support its manufacturing team. The role helps keep production running smoothly by moving raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently throughout the facility. The position is located at 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601, and is listed for the third shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience, plus a $1.85 per hour shift differential. The work takes place in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. Required personal protective equipment includes safety glasses, steel- or composite-toe boots, and ear protection. Applicants must be willing to work any shift and overtime as needed. Requirements

Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift is required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Willingness to work any shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Stage materials for production and assist with inventory control.
Maintain accurate records and follow all safety procedures.
Support production teams as needed to minimize downtime.
