About The Position

Ecore is seeking an experienced Material Handler to support its manufacturing team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role helps keep production running smoothly by safely and efficiently moving raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. The position is on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a pay range of $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience. Employees may be asked to work any shift and overtime as needed. The work takes place in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations. Required personal protective equipment includes safety glasses, steel- or composite-toe boots, and ear protection. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Requirements

Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a sit-down forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.
Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
Stage materials for production and assist with inventory control.
