Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification a plus).
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report discrepancies.
• Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
• Pick and stage materials according to order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and loading onto trucks.
• Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
