About The Position

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience and forklift or side-loader experience.
• Good mathematical competencies.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure to the sixteenth; experience with micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, health, and safety.
• Experience using computers.
• Previous experience operating material handling equipment, including cranes and forklifts; must pass an evaluation before working independently.
• Ability to spend 80% of the day standing.
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, and pull, and climb into and out of a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and frequently lift or carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High school education or GED is desired.
• Experience with cutting and banding equipment is a plus.
