Requirements

At least one (1) year of experience in a warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team, as well as independently.
Positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time; free range of motion.
Wear appropriate safety and personal protective equipment according to the function being performed.
An understanding of OSHA safety rules for warehouse work.
Must pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Manage pick ticket orders from warehouse staff and management.
Physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products.
Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets.
Stage loads for fork truck operators to load onto trucks for delivery.
Ensure orders are accurate and records of inventory are kept up-to-date.
Plan and monitor product storage and dispatch.
Oversee stock replenishment.
Monitor stock control systems and processes specific orders.
Ensure warehouse goals are met.
Maintain a high level of health and safety standards.
Shrink wrap products to pallets, and pack warehouse orders as necessary.
Operate scanners to ensure proper order picking and accurate inventory management.
Perform other general warehouse duties as needed.
