Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting preferred (not required).
  • Forklift experience (with ability to pass forklift certification) preferred.
  • Experience using scan guns or similar warehouse technology preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
  • Willingness to work overtime and in a team environment.
  • Ability to perform basic math (counting, adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and follow unsupervised written or oral instructions.
  • Comfortable working in limited-climate-controlled environments.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Transport, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; stage and organize materials in designated areas.
  • Track, verify, and manage inventory using scan guns, cycle counts, and documentation; assist with shipping, receiving, and order confirmation.
  • Package products and prepare finished goods and raw materials for shipment, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Operate and inspect material handling equipment daily, report issues, and follow proper procedures to prevent damage to equipment and products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles; follow safety policies and PPE requirements, work collaboratively, and perform additional assigned duties.
