About The Position

The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials, parts, and products within the warehouse or production facility. This role ensures accurate inventory control and supports production by delivering materials in a timely and organized manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Time management
• Teamwork and communication
• Basic math skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Safety awareness

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies
• Label, store, and organize inventory in designated locations
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production lines as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
