About The Position

The Material Handler works at the Parts Distribution Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, supporting customer order fulfillment in a team-driven warehouse environment. The role involves completing fulfillment steps according to operating procedures, policies, and performance standards; safely operating material handling equipment; and using an RF unit for binning and picking orders. The position pays $21.50 per hour and includes a $500 sign-on bonus paid after 120 days of employment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Daily overtime may be voluntary or mandatory, and weekend overtime may be needed. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis; employment-related sponsorship is not anticipated.

Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States on an unrestricted basis as a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Wear safety shoes, a safety vest, and approved eye protection.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand or walk 67–100% of the time.
Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Ability to work overtime as needed and flexible hours.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate standup forklifts, reach trucks, and electric stock chasers; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Work as a dedicated team member to provide fast, expert service to customers.
Complete all steps required for customer order fulfillment according to published operating procedures, policies, and performance standards.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including standup forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, stock chasers, and pallet jacks.
Enter data on an RF unit for binning and picking orders.
Strictly follow facility safety requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
