About The Position

The Clearance Material Handler maintains warehouse stock and assists with fulfilling orders. The role unloads product deliveries, stages products according to customer orders, and helps organize and maintain inventory. The handler works closely with the Unloading Team to unload merchandise safely and carefully, avoiding injuries and product damage. All pieces must be placed in the appropriate area of the unloading floor for tagging.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Current and valid OSHA forklift operation certificate, or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a lift assessment with a push-pull requirement of 250 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery trucks, using a hand truck as appropriate, and verify each incoming delivery against the company purchase order.
• Offload products onto the receiving floor in the proper staging area.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Identify, label, and place materials and supplies in stock, and record inventory locations.
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying items listed on production orders.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
