The Forklift Driver/Material Handler role supports production and shipping/receiving departments, playing a vital role in delivering perfect products to customers. This position requires a strong attention to detail and alignment with Royal's values. Located at the Cullman, AL facility, this role reports directly to the Materials Supervisor and supports the 1st shift (8am-4pm).
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a consistent basis
- Ability to operate a forklift (sit down)
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed (8-12 hour shifts and/or potential Saturdays)
- Ability to work 1st Shift: 8am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Operate a sit-down forklift
- Warehouse finished goods and raw material
- Supply manufacturing with raw materials
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Load and unload trucks
