Requirements

Basic computer literacy (data entry and inventory tracking)
Forklift experience or willingness to become certified
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to communicate in both verbal and written forms.
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Routinely performs repetative movements such as twising and lifting.
Be able to walk up and down stairs.
Must be able to enter and exit industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

Disassemble various electronics using hand and power tools, remove materials, sort and grade circuit boards, and properly handle batteries when required.
Process, weigh, and organize materials in designated areas while maintaining productivity and meeting daily production goals.
Follow all work instructions, safety standards, company policies, and applicable federal, state and local regulations.
Perform daily equipment inspections; promptly report any concerns immediately and maintain equipment.
Secure cargo for transport using appropriate methods.
Communicate and work effectively with coworkers and the public while maintaining composure in fast-paced or high-stress situations.
