Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or material handling environment preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred.
  • SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments.
  • International shipping or logistics processes.
  • Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and inventory.
  • Pick, stage, package, and move materials to support manufacturing and shipping operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to company standards.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, planning, and logistics teams to support production flow and customer delivery requirements.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the warehouse and production areas.
