This position supports the GPS Control Segment Sustainment II (GCS II) program in Colorado Springs. The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide property functions for the program. The candidate will be responsible for a diverse set of actions to include but are not limited to: Receive incoming materials in accordance to LM Process Obtain and maintain receiving inspector certifications Perform packaging, handling, storage, and transportation functions Perform audits of program owned equipment. Perform audits of Government owned equipment. Updates the inventory database for program equipment. Comprehend and utilize LM Space property management system.

Requirements

  • Perform packaging, handling, storage, and transportation functions
  • Experience with inventory cycle counts and inventory management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to pass Colorado motor vehicle test and maintain a valid Drivers License.
  • US Citizenship Required.
  • Interim Secret Clearance is required prior to starting employment.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Obtain and maintain receiving inspector certifications
  • Proficiency in LM inventory management software (e.g., SAP)
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying inventory discrepancies and resolving supply chain disruptions.
  • Strong analytical abilities for data reporting
  • Safety Compliance: Knowledge of OSHA regulations, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining a secure workplace.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs on occasion
