About The Position

The Material Handler handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. The role manages material movements into and out of stock, performs related system transactions, verifies transaction accuracy, conducts cycle counts as needed, and maintains a clean and organized assigned area. The position must follow applicable safety, health, and company security procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all material movement to stock, including dock-to-stock, MRO, printed circuit boards, floor returns, and related scanner or computer transactions.
• Issue material from stock, including transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts, and complete related scanner or computer transactions.
• Perform transactions accurately and verify them whenever necessary.
• Perform cycle counts whenever necessary.
• Keep the assigned area clean and organized.
• Follow safety and health rules and regulations associated with the position and as directed by the supervisor.
• Comply with procedures within the company security policy.
