About The Position

This role plays a key part in day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team environment. Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility designed with employee well-being in mind. Plus, receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team. Bonus eligibility applies to both internal and external candidates. Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits starting on the first day of employment, paid time off, and a built-in pay raise after six months. Please note that housing is not provided.

Requirements

Stay on your feet and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift
Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms
Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs
Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment
Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care.
Use scanners and computer systems like ICIM to track materials and shipments.
Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines.
