Requirements

• Must be willing to take a background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 2-3 years experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees all dock operations and maintenance.
• Works from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
• Works directly with RRBITC security to ensure packages and other mail are safely delivered and all incoming vendors are scheduled, approved, and have the necessary paperwork available.
• Coordinates with the Loading Dock Security Supervisor on any issues of concern and report any security-related issues to the RRBITC Security Manager.
• Performs frequent inspections of loading dock areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Works with the Engineering team to coordinate regular maintenance of the dock bay equipment (doors, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Ensures all garbage is disposed of according to the pickup schedules and frequencies determined by the PWS.
• Ensures the Assistant Loading Dock Manager is properly trained and capable of assuming his position during an absence.
