Requirements

• Must be willing to take a background check
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 2-3 years experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure all RRB dock operations commence per GSA/FPS guidelines and All-Star Facility Services guidance.
• Work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and support the Loading Dock Manager position during an absence.
• Assign parking locations to vendors making deliveries.
• Maintain good relationships with agency scheduling liaisons and receiving personnel.
• Identify and report all safety concerns to the Loading Dock Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
