About The Position
If hands-on work and steady activity make your days go by faster, this role is sure to keep the momentum going. Marvin is seeking a Material Handler who will support the movement of materials to help deliver high-quality products to customers on time. This role plays a key part in day-to-day warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team environment. Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climate-controlled facility designed with employee well-being in mind. Plus, receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team. Bonus eligibility applies to both internal and external candidates. Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits starting on the first day of employment, paid time off, and a built-in pay raise after six months. Please note that housing is not provided.
Requirements
- Stay on your feet and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift
- Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms
- Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs
- Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care.
- Use scanners and computer systems like ICIM to track materials and shipments.
- Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines.
