About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Material Handler to operate powered equipment and move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products. The role checks inbound and outbound products for damage and infestation, ensures product code dates are recorded correctly, and confirms products meet customer requirements. The position is scheduled for the third shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Monday through Friday, at $20.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Six months of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Six months of forklift operation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Physically load product onto equipment, pallets, or totes for more than 20% of the specified shift.
• Put away and pick products for shipment or stock.
• Ensure the exact number and type of products ordered by customers are checked and loaded correctly.
• Compare quantity, quality, labeling, and address details against customer orders to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct.
• Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources as necessary.
• Verify and report discrepancies, such as unavailable products and OS&D.
• Maintain the facility and its equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly condition.
• Inspect operated equipment daily and complete daily equipment inspections.
• Assist with physical inventories.
