About The Position

This role is responsible for the accurate selection, packing, and shipping of products to various customers. The Material Handler will proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment and ensure the timely and accurate movement of products within the manufacturing facility. They will also coordinate the flow of materials requiring transportation, work with quality and production teams, and maintain a computerized inventory system.

Requirements

Preferred High School or GED
Manufacturing Experience
Ability to move up to 50 pounds.
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Accurate selection, packing, and shipping of products to various customers.
Proficiently operate a variety of material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies).
Timely and accurate movement of products.
Coordinate the flow of materials requiring transportation within the manufacturing facility.
Work with quality and production to manage the process of moving parts and materials throughout the manufacturing plant.
Maintain a computerized inventory system (ERP), reconciling discrepancies as required.
Use of various equipment – scanning devices, shrink wrapping equipment, and knives.
Moving up to 50 pounds.
Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
