About The Position

Under general supervision, this role assembles components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components to contribute to the completion of a variety of products. The assembler prepares and processes electrical and mechanical components for assigned product lines, working from process work instructions and test procedures. This role monitors and records related documentation to meet quality requirements, follows production build rates and schedules, and meets required cycle times. The assembler interfaces with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices and uses a variety of tools, including manual and power hand tools, pneumatic tools, test equipment, presses, and measuring and cutting devices. Responsibilities include set-ups, work preparation, clean up, and quality assurance of own work and work-area. The role requires meeting work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

Requirements

Preferred High School or GED
Manufacturing Experience
Ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs. on a frequent basis depending on product line, may rarely lift/carry 50-75 lbs.
