About The Position

Responsible for the efficient movement of material throughout the facility to meet the demands of the business. The position handles finished goods, production components, restock materials, packaging components, raw materials, and inbound merchandise. It also involves operating material-handling equipment, following FIFO and standard operating procedures, maintaining 6S assignments, and supporting warehouse receiving and inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Pull finished goods from production, stretch-wrap them, apply pallet tags, and scan them into the system.
• Deliver components from staging to production.
• Remove restock materials from production lines and place them in the restock or designated area.
• Follow the FIFO process.
• Operate a walkie stacker according to expectations and standard operations, including external tasks.
• Scan produced finished goods and place them in the proper warehouse locations.
• Locate restock materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Complete assigned 6S tasks daily.
• Operate a sit-down forklift according to expectations and standard operations, including external tasks.
• Execute the driver check-in process.
• Receive merchandise, including raw materials and/or finished goods; unload and break it down, then prepare it for put-away.
• Generate barcode labels for inbound components.
• Locate and count packaging components, raw materials, and finished goods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
