About The Position

Responsible for the safe and efficient movement, handling, and storage of materials within SYNNEX Corporation's warehouse or distribution center. This role ensures accurate inventory control and supports overall operational flow.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate various material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently; forklift certification a plus.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• 4-7 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Accurately sort, label, and store materials in designated locations using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
• Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and timely manner.
• Perform regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, performing daily pre-shift inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Report any damaged materials, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational goals.
