About The Position
AmeriLux International is hiring a Material Handler for a Monday–Friday, first-shift position with a flexible schedule. Compensation starts at $20 per hour. The role involves safely handling, receiving, storing, stacking, and moving products, including materials weighing up to 1,500 pounds.
Requirements
- Ability to safely and effectively load and unload materials weighing up to 1,500 pounds.
- Ability to accurately receive and put away product.
- Ability to safely stack and inventory product up to four or five skids high.
- Ability to move product stacked two pallets high.
- Skill in moving unpalletized product without causing damage.
- Ability to sit on a forklift for 90% of the workday.
Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively load and unload materials weighing up to 1,500 pounds.
- Accurately receive and put away product.
- Safely stack and inventory product up to four or five skids high.
- Move product stacked two pallets high.
- Move unpalletized product without damaging it.
