About The Position

We are committed to contributing positively to the communities where we live, work and play. This role is for the 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 3:30 pm-12:00 am with overtime as needed. The base pay is $19.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior Shipping & Receiving experience.
  • Ability to analyze shipment and receiving history.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Must have a working knowledge of basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of computers, MS office, and computer related skills.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in safety and works well in a team environment.
  • Be able to work overtime hours and Saturday as needed.
  • Repetitive bending, climbing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, sitting, squatting, reaching and handling objects.

  • Must be able to lift weight up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Properly handle and stage finished goods on appropriate racks.
  • Properly dispose of scrap material onto appropriate racks or boxes.
  • Organize materials for the most efficient access in the support of production.
  • Responsible for general upkeep and 5S of designated area.
  • Perform accurate daily cycle counts and daily Audits.
  • Monitor & control inventory integrity.
  • Maintain product identification, location, and lot code accuracy.
  • Research inventory discrepancies, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Work with others to resolve inventory problems in a timely manner.
  • Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand.
  • Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products.
