Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work independently and within time constraints, as prescribed by shipping schedule.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to work independently and within time constraints.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills: verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
Ability to lift/move at least 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Outgoing, team player, and a willingness to learn.
Solid attendance track record.

Responsibilities

Utilizing RF scanners to locate, verify, and pull plumbing parts (e.g., fittings, valves, pipes) based on customer orders.
Loading and unloading trucks and containers, verifying incoming deliveries match purchase orders, and packing finished products for shipment.
Stocking shelves, replenishing picking locations, and recording inventory data to ensure accuracy.
Safely operating machinery such as Raymond brand forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials, including performing pre-use inspections.
Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
