As a Material Handler, you’ll support warehouse operations by safely managing and baling cardboard scrap, helping keep our production areas organized and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work and take safety seriously.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (required)
Physical stamina to walk quickly for full shift period on concrete floors
Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly (up to 75 lbs)
Ability to stay focused and follow instructions consistently
Basic understanding of safety practices and machinery operation
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 75 lbs from floor to waist level
Push/pull loaded bins or pallets weighing up to 100 lbs
Climb step ladders and maintain balance while working at heights
Must have clear vision, peripheral awareness, and ability to distinguish colors
Must be able to hear alarms and spoken instructions over plant noise
Must have the stamina to walk quickly and work overtime or extended shifts as needed

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

Operate baler equipment safely and efficiently
Load and process scrap cardboard into the baler machine
Create and remove baled bundles of cardboard
Identify reusable boxes and stack, band, and prepare for shipment
Support housekeeping and cleanliness across production areas
Follow safety procedures and report any concerns to supervisors
Perform all duties in compliance with company SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
