About The Position

International is hiring Full-Time Material Handlers to join our MParts PNW distribution Center in Lakewood Washington! The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the proper parts are shipped to get our customers' trucks back on the road.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to stand/walk 67-100% of the time
Ability to climb a ladder and/or stairs
Ability to understand and follow instructions
Work overtime as needed
Able to work flexible hours

Nice To Haves

Operate an electric stock chaser/pack mule with training
Experience using Material Handler Equipment
Manhattan Warehouse management system
Rolling stock certification (Reach Truck, Stock Picker, Dock Truck/Stand up Forklift)

Responsibilities

Receiving, binning, picking, packing and shipping customer orders in a safe, productive, and error free manner
Operate various equipment at high altitudes including Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Stand-Up Dock Trucks and Sit-Down Forklifts
This position requires you to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, and includes climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, walking and standing for long periods of time
All employees must wear safety shoes and approved eye protection
