About The Position

The Material Handler – Shipping & Receiving is a hands-on, physically demanding position responsible for safely moving customer parts and materials throughout the facility and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations. The role primarily involves loading and unloading trucks and using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment to move, stage, and organize customer parts. When material-handling needs are met, the employee works alongside the Shipping & Receiving team to receive incoming parts, package completed parts, and prepare customer orders for shipment. IBC Coatings Technologies describes itself as an innovator in advanced surface engineering. The company emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, mentorship, and long-term growth. Full-time employees are offered a benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
