About The Position

Primarily responsible for the support of the DC by efficiently stocking inbound merchandise to designated locations in a timely manner. This is a full-time, 3rd shift position, Monday - Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM, with a pay rate of $18.00 and up plus a shift differential.

Requirements

High School diploma preferred
Commitment to a high standard of safety and willingness to comply with all safety policies and practices.
Excellent attendance record.
Willingness and ability to work overtime when needed.
Good comprehension, organizational, and math skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management.
Ability to maintain records accurately and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
Must be a team player with a 'can do' attitude.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to meet physical assessment requirements for this position.

Power Equipment certification a plus

Responsibilities

Transfer merchandise by using a stand up reach truck, sit down forklift, stock picker and/or pallet jack from staging area to primary pick locations and back to stock locations.
Operate a handheld scanner.
Understand the receiving label placed on the inbound merchandise to identify and place the merchandise into assigned locations.
Identify merchandise and maintain primary pick locations.
Accurately identify units of measure for proper placement of merchandise.
Directly communicate with co-workers any identified location stocking errors.
Meet quality and productivity standards.
Take direction from Supervisor.
Maintain excellent attendance and reliable predictability.
Adhere to DC housekeeping guidelines.
Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
