About The Position
This position is for an entry-level, non-skilled general labor role in the Material Handling - Loadout department at the Storm Lake Distribution Center in Storm Lake, Iowa. The role is located in the cold-side storage of a pork processing facility and requires maintaining a safe work environment while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be able and willing to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.

Responsibilities
- Perform standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, and reaching in all areas.
- Perform repetitive lifting of boxes with weights varying from 10-100 lbs.
- Work in a cold work environment with average temperatures ranging from 15 degrees to -15 degrees, depending on the area.
