About The Position
The material handler is responsible for unloading tire trailers (light vehicle, tires weighting up to 70 lbs). This is a temporary contract position.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical work and lift loads from 25 to 70lbs
- Must have safety boots
- Autonomous, resourceful, and shows initiative
- Team spirit, rigor, and respect for procedures
- Respectful, reliable, and committed to health and safety best practices
Responsibilities
- Unload tire trailers
- Sort and organize tires by size
- Prepare delivery vehicles according to work orders
- Enter tires into inventory using a radio frequency gun
- Perform work surface maintenance tasks
- Related tasks
