About The Position
As an Warehouse Worker In-Training, you will work under the guidance of an experienced warehouse manager to learn the warehousing process of materials needed to assemble electric-powered industrial vehicles. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a new career.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or vocational education.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Attention to detail skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No previous experience in warehousing required.
- Great attitude and willingness to learn are required.
Nice To Haves
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in warehousing, put away and picking of components used to build electric industrial vehicles as well as other material handling products.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Learn to receive, put away and pick components.
- Participate in quality control checks to ensure high standards are met.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous learning and improvement.
