About The Position

This is a full-time hourly position in Erlanger, Kentucky. The Material Handler performs assigned duties needed to safely obtain and manufacture quality products for shipment to customers. The role includes handling and verifying materials, supporting production and quality-control processes, maintaining warehouse inventory accuracy, and following applicable procedures.

Requirements

• High school education, equivalent, or a degree in a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and logistics and transportation.
• Barcode experience.
• Stand-up forklift experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel.
• Self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement.
• Able to stand, walk, lift, reach, and bend throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Successful completion of a background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow instructions on reports and pick sheets.
• Check and add all materials listed on pick sheets.
• Precisely weigh materials for production areas.
• Follow quality-control sampling procedures and report deviations.
• Complete required transactions using terminal software and handheld scanners.
• Pull and return material to approved warehouse locations.
• Cycle count warehouse locations.
• Follow ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures.
• Maintain inventory record accuracy of 96% or greater.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
