About The Position

Sese Industrial is a greenfield operation that has an immediate opening for a Material Handler. The Material Handler will transport materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations throughout the plant.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good math and written communication skills.
• Reading/Attention to detail.
• Must be able to differentiate between part numbers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Efficient time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Able to stand/and or walk for 10+ hours per day.
• Must wear safety gear, such as goggles and gloves, when handling box cutters or similar tools.
• Able to pass drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
• At least two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives, distributes, and stores products as directed in designated, secure locations.
• Transports and loads materials, supplies, and finished goods (manually and/or using hand trucks and skids).
• When problems arise, resolves issues with supervisor or team leader.
• Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
