About The Position

This position reports to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. The work model for the role is Onsite, Flowery Branch, GA. The Material Handler will move, deliver, and stock materials/components to support production lines using SAP and Kanban processes. They will pull, stack, store, and organize products and materials in designated storage and point-of-use locations. The role involves operating material handling equipment while following safety procedures for traffic, loading, battery charging, and truck maintenance. Additionally, the Material Handler will maintain accurate inventory records and transport materials, supplies, and scrap according to documentation and work instructions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must pass a background and drug screen
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Nice To Haves

• Motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred with the ability to set high performance standards for self and others.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change, with a willingness to cross-train and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude.
