About The Position

The Material Handler works in the plant selecting orders from the warehouse floor and placing them on the correct pallets. The role helps ensure orders are accurate and ready for shipment while supporting a fast-paced team and maintaining a strong focus on safety. The position requires repeatedly lifting packages weighing 50 pounds and working above-average overtime and flexible hours. No experience is needed to thrive in the role, though the listed requirements include 1–3 years of related experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work above-average overtime and flexible hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Aptitude with SAP/WMS systems and ISO-9001 requirements.
• Appropriate forklift and comparable equipment operating skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly for extended periods.
• Attention to detail, a safety-focused approach, and reliability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous shipping/traffic and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of or experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry.
