About The Position

The Material Handler supports Production by moving, transferring, and pulling orders and materials. The role performs inventory transactions in Oracle and delivers products to production to complete work orders. Work is performed in a clean room environment in Salt Lake City, Utah, on the A1 12-hour rotating shift (6:30 AM–6:30 PM).

Requirements

Able to read and write, perform basic calculations, and accurately navigate complex computer programs.
Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Open availability and ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule if needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Forklift experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Able to use a computer or touchscreen to enter work order data.
Able to occasionally move and lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Oracle experience preferred.
One year or more of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Stage materials in designated areas and keep materials organized.
Maintain a clean work environment while performing Material Handler duties.
Operate a forklift, walkie rider, order selector, or pallet jack as needed to supply Production areas.
Pick and pull materials from the warehouse or Kanban areas and perform Oracle transactions.
Weigh, verify, and stock returns from Production back to warehouse or Kanban locations.
Verify that the part, lot, quantity, and location are correct when pulling materials.
Move finished goods from the staging hall to the warehouse to keep the area clear.
Perform label control and ensure all information is correct.
Reconcile work orders and ensure correct materials are issued and all transactions are completed.
Perform daily cycle counts and zone counting as instructed.
Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
Perform shift tasks as required.
Pull and transact move orders and material requests.
Fix Oracle errors as needed.
